The Quentic Platform’s new release enables users to integrate an external BI solution, making the visual data analysis of EHS/CSR indicators even more intuitive and detailed. Further highlights of the software update 11.3 include target values and target vs. actual comparisons for sustainability reporting, as well as enhancement of the Enhesa interface for regular, automatic updates of legal norms and obligations.
The Quentic Platform’s analytics dashboard creates new ways for users to visually analyze their EHS/CSR indicator data. Its flexible integration of already existing BI solutions such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI allows for clear and precise display of data. Users can now produce interactive diagrams with enhanced functionality, improving communication of developments and trends to the top management level.
The Sustainability software module now offers the possibility to define target values for reporting and to compare them to actual indicator values. Now, actual values and their associated target values can be compared during data recording, as well as in individually customizable evaluations and charts.
The Enhesa interface has also been substantially enhanced. Enhesa provides their customers with regular updates of relevant EHS norms and legal obligations from more than 285 jurisdictions worldwide. Users can now upload a completed Enhesa ScoreCard directly to Quentic, supporting local assessment of legal obligations and the assignment of responsibilities. Documentation such as Guide Notes, Findings, and Recommendations are moved from the ScoreCard into the Quentic register of legal obligations and assigned to the responsible parties as actions.
In order to network disparate EHS and CSR stakeholders into a single system, Quentic is already available in 20 different user interface languages. In version 11.3, cross-national collaboration is strengthened with new multilingual master data and individual language settings for visitors.
