The software for occupational safety and environmental management EcoWebDesk has new features. Version 10.2 is available in 14 languages. Moreover, it’s now easier for users to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
EcoWebDesk has been optimized for the international market. With the addition of Finnish, Swedish, Danish, and Polish, the software is now available in 14 languages. The new interface with Enhesa, the international legal database, ensures that legal content is synchronized across national borders. Users can now generate reports as standard PDFs, protecting the documents from unintentional editing, which is an important compliance issue for many companies.
Thanks to personalized dashboards and a range of authorization levels, the software makes collaboration between departments easier and more transparent. In version 10.2, companies can define precise workflows for various tasks, e.g. creating risk assessments. As required, tasks can be broken down into several phases: editing, testing, approval, and acknowledgement. These individual tasks can then be assigned to various people. Everything is kept organized and well documented. The integrated email function ensures seamless workflows without time-consuming coordination.
EcoIntense has changed its name to Quentic in October 2018. As part of this change, the software EcoWebDesk has also been renamed Quentic.
