New Software Release Assists Users in Management of Change
The newest version 9.2 of the web-based software EcoWebDesk helps companies strengthen their compliance. Their Management of Change (MOC) can now be controlled efficiently in the new module component Change Requests. Process conversions, e.g. at technical facilities, and associated consequences for current permits and dangerous situations can be planned, documented and organized thoroughly with the central online solution for health, safety and environmental (HSE) management as well as sustainability. The result: the target and actual state are depicted clearly and the integrated overview of compliance questions and possible hazard potentials remains easily accessible. All employees are involved in the task-related individual phases of the change process and are notified in time. This is especially critical for safety-relevant sectors, e.g. when changing the operating sequences for machines and plants, and contributes to better health and environmental protection.
Further improvements in the current software version include extended functions in the visitor management: visitor IDs are easier to create and the overview of valid and expired visitor qualifications was optimized.
EcoIntense has changed its name to Quentic in October 2018. As part of this change, the software EcoWebDesk has also been renamed Quentic.
