And the winner is... the name Quentic was mentioned twice at this year's Great Place to Work® awards ceremony on March 9, 2023. The leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in the European EHSQ and ESG market was once again voted one of the best employers in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector as well as one of the best employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2023.

Since 2015, the Berlin-based company has repeatedly been ranked among the top employers. "This means that we belong to a special group of German companies whose attractiveness as an employer has been independently confirmed. We are very proud of this and especially of the trust our employees place in us."
The results from 2023
An anonymous internal survey conducted every two years focused on topics such as trust in management, quality of cooperation, appreciation, health promotion, work-life balance, identification with the company, professional development opportunities and compensation. In addition, the management was asked in a culture audit what measures and programs have been implemented to create an attractive workplace culture at Quentic. The anonymous employee survey has a higher weighting.
As a result, Quentic was again voted one of the best employers in both categories. The Berlin-based SaaS provider is also once again among the top 5% of approximately 1,000 comparable organizations in Germany that were rated "excellent" by the survey committee.
